Public Relations Office

The patients and their families have access to a Public Relations Office, located in teh Health Department, wich has the following funtions:

• Receive comments and complaints and shall provide immediate clarification.
• Implements the principle of transparency of administrative activities, the right of access to documentation and correct information.
• Notes systematically the needs of patients and works to adjust the factors that determine the quality of services.
• Proposed adjusments and remedial action to promote the modernization of the structures, the simplification of language and update the way in which the Administration proposes to users.

The Public Relations Office, located within the Health Deparment, has the task of meeting the need for constant dialogue with users, protecting the rights of citizens and gathering requirements, suggestions and possible complaints as a result of a malfuntion of conduct that has denied the basic principles of health care.
